Do you service forklifts?

We service forklifts before delivering them to you, if needed. We do not service forklifts you already own or forklifts that we have sold to you previously, but can refer you to someone you can contact that can take care of that for you.

What if I have a mechanical issue with a forklift I purchased from PROLIFT EQUIPMENT?

We have mechanics on our staff that will fix any reasonable issues with a forklift after it has been sold. We pride ourselves on making sure our forklifts are in great working condition and will take care of any reasonable issues discovered after delivery.

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery in the Dallas area is free. Any delivery outside of that radius will be a charge depending where you are located. You can pay it through us.

How many units do you have in stock?

We have over 200 units in stock and others not on the website.

Do you sell parts?

We do not sell forklift parts.

Do you offer warranty?

We offer warranty depending on the unit that is purchased- (Year, Capacity, Value)

What heavy equipment do you offer for rental?

We offer units from 3,000lbs to 15,000lbs capacity for rental. We also have scissor lifts and telescopic forklifts available.

Do you offer financing?

We do finance through a leasing company. (Not in-house financing)

What is the difference between a pneumatic and cushion tire forklift?

Pneumatic tires are used for all terrain, like exteriors with gravel and dirt. Cushion tires are used in a warehouse or areas with concrete or asphalt.
